Blamey reviews Australian veterans parading in Sydney. Part 4, Gen. William Shedd and Eleanor Roosevelt inspect garrisons in Puerto Rico. Mrs. MacArthur christens the Australian destroyer Bataan at an Australian shipyard. Part 5, German prisoners in the U.S. shovel snow and work in a shoe shop. Part 6, Italian refugees, including children, are evacuated to southern Italy.
