James Baker, former Secretary of State & White House Chief of Staff under Ronald Reagan, was among the speakers at an event commemorating the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall which occurred on November 9, 1989. Several former White House officials and others who served during that time talked about the state of foreign affairs and what led to the fall of the wall.
